10:51yalam96jlaz, analytics.mozilla.community, it's the "bitergia-es" ES domain in the partinfra account
10:51yalam96it's not responding and there's no way for us to interact with it
10:53jlazyalam96: ahh, unfortunately, the MOC does not have credentials for AWS at the moment, is there someone else on your team that might have an account to try to escalate?
